FastHentai does not host, upload, own, or deliver the source video files displayed through third-party embedded players.
1. Third-party video hosting
Videos displayed on FastHentai may be stored, transmitted, and operated by external video-hosting services.
FastHentai provides catalogue information and an embedded connection to the external player. The underlying video file remains under the technical control of the third-party hosting provider.
Removing a player or catalogue entry from FastHentai may prevent access through this site, but it may not remove the underlying file from the hosting provider.
2. Before you load a video
FastHentai is designed not to create the third-party video iframe until the applicable access controls have been completed and you choose to load the player.
Before the player is loaded, the video provider should not receive a request from the embedded player on that page.
This does not prevent the provider from receiving information if you separately visit its website or use another service operated by that provider.
3. Information shared when the player loads
When you choose to load an embedded player, your browser connects directly to the third-party video provider. The provider may receive information including:
- Your IP address.
- Your browser and device type.
- Your operating system and language settings.
- The date and time of the request.
- The FastHentai page containing the player.
- Referrer and network information.
- Player interactions, playback activity, and error information.
The provider may also use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies, depending on its player configuration and privacy practices.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Third-party video providers may store information on or access information from your device after the player is loaded.
Such technologies may be used for playback, security, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, advertising, or other purposes determined by the provider.
FastHentai does not control third-party cookies or storage created by an external player. You may block or remove them through your browser settings, although doing so may prevent the player from working.
5. Your decision to load the player
Selecting a button such as “Load third-party video” instructs your browser to establish a connection with the relevant video provider.
Do not load the player if you do not want your browser to communicate with the third-party service.
Loading one player does not automatically authorize FastHentai to load unrelated third-party services unless the site clearly states otherwise.
6. Third-party privacy policies
External video providers process information according to their own privacy policies, cookie policies, terms, retention practices, and legal obligations.
FastHentai does not determine how a third-party provider uses, retains, combines, transfers, or discloses information received through its player.
Review the provider’s privacy information before loading or interacting with its player.
7. International data transfers
A video provider may process information in a country different from your own. The privacy and data-protection rules in that country may differ from those applicable where you live.
FastHentai does not control the locations or infrastructure used by third-party hosting providers.
8. FastHentai’s responsibility
FastHentai does not claim ownership of a video merely because a third-party player is embedded on the site.
FastHentai remains responsible for managing the catalogue entries, links, embeds, descriptions, and notices displayed on FastHentai. Reports concerning those elements will be reviewed under the applicable site policies.
FastHentai cannot directly control or delete a source file held on a third-party provider’s servers.
9. Reporting an embedded video
To report an embed, use the Report Content page and provide the exact FastHentai page URL.
Reports concerning ownership or copyright should follow the Copyright Policy.
A rights holder seeking removal of the underlying source file may also need to contact the third-party provider that hosts the file.
10. Browser controls
Depending on your browser, you may be able to:
- Block third-party cookies.
- Clear cookies and local storage.
- Restrict cross-site tracking.
- Disable autoplay.
- Block selected third-party domains.
These controls may affect whether an embedded player loads or functions correctly.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when FastHentai changes its video providers, embed implementation, consent controls, or privacy practices.
The “Last updated” date will be changed when material revisions are published.
