Copyright Policy

How to report material that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

FastHentai respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed reports of alleged copyright infringement.

Important: Submit only accurate claims concerning rights that you own or are authorized to represent. Do not use this process for category disputes, broken links, or general complaints. Those matters should be submitted through the Report Content page.

1. Material available through FastHentai

FastHentai may display catalogue information, titles, descriptions, category labels, thumbnails, links, or embedded media connected with material available from publishers, creators, licensors, hosting providers, or other third-party services.

Some linked or embedded material may remain hosted and controlled by a third party. Where appropriate, a complaint may be forwarded to the relevant provider or the reporter may be directed to the service that controls the material.

1.1 Third-Party Hosting

FastHentai generally does not possess or control the source video files delivered through third-party embedded players. Removing an embed or catalogue entry from FastHentai may prevent access through this site but may not remove the underlying file from the third-party hosting service.

A rights holder seeking removal of the underlying file should also contact the hosting provider identified in or around the embedded player. FastHentai will review sufficiently detailed notices concerning links, embeds, thumbnails, and catalogue entries displayed on this site.

2. Copyright infringement notice

A copyright owner or an authorized representative may request review or removal of allegedly infringing material by submitting a written notice containing:

  • Your full legal name and, where applicable, the name of the person or organization you represent.
  • Your email address and sufficient contact information for correspondence about the claim.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. For multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
  • The exact FastHentai URL for each item you want reviewed. General references to the homepage, a category, or the entire website may be insufficient.
  • A description explaining why the identified use is allegedly unauthorized.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to demonstrate that you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Where to send a copyright notice

Copyright Contact

Submit notices by email:

[email protected]

4. Review and removal process

FastHentai may review the notice, request additional information, restrict access to identified material, remove links or catalogue entries, contact the relevant uploader or third-party provider, or take other action considered appropriate.

A notice may not be processed if it does not identify the disputed material, lacks required information, is unrelated to copyright, or does not provide a reasonable basis for the claim.

Removal or restriction does not constitute an admission that infringement occurred.

5. Counter-notification

A person who believes material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notification containing:

  • The person’s full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the person has a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Where applicable under United States law, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and acceptance of service of process from the original claimant or the claimant’s agent.
  • The person’s physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notifications to the copyright contact listed above with the subject line: Copyright Counter-Notification.

A valid counter-notification may be forwarded to the person who submitted the original infringement notice. This may disclose the counter-notifier’s name and contact information as required to process the dispute.

6. Repeat infringement

Where user accounts, submissions, or comparable contributor access are offered, FastHentai may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly submit infringing material or repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights.

FastHentai may also block submissions, remove catalogue entries, or restrict sources associated with repeated substantiated infringement complaints.

7. Misrepresentation and abusive notices

Do not knowingly make false statements about ownership, authorization, infringement, removal, or misidentification. Fraudulent or materially misleading notices and counter-notifications may result in legal liability.

FastHentai may reject, document, or take appropriate action against notices submitted for harassment, censorship, impersonation, fraud, or other abusive purposes.

8. Trademark and other rights

This copyright process is intended primarily for copyright claims. Reports concerning trademarks, privacy, impersonation, prohibited material, or incorrect catalogue information should be submitted through the Report Content page.

9. Record retention and privacy

Copyright notices, counter-notifications, correspondence, contact details, and related records may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate claims, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, demonstrate compliance, and meet legal obligations.

Information may be shared with the opposing party, relevant hosting or service providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where necessary to process the claim or comply with applicable law. Additional details are available in the Privacy Policy.

10. Designated DMCA agent

The copyright contact listed on this page should not be described as a registered DMCA agent unless the relevant service provider has completed and maintains a valid designation with the United States Copyright Office.

If FastHentai registers a designated DMCA agent, the registered agent’s legal name, address, telephone number, and email address should be published in this section and kept current.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when FastHentai’s services, hosting arrangements, submission features, copyright contact information, or applicable legal obligations change.
