FastHentai is intended as a catalogue of fictional illustrated, animated, and digitally created adult material. Content may be restricted or removed when it violates this policy, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or the safety of the site and its users.
1. Scope
This policy applies to catalogue entries, titles, descriptions, categories, tags, thumbnails, images, links, embedded players, search results, and any other material displayed or referenced by FastHentai.
It also applies to material submitted by publishers, creators, rights holders, users, or other third parties if submission features are introduced.
2. Permitted content
FastHentai may catalogue fictional sexually explicit material when:
- All sexualized characters are presented as adults.
- The material consists primarily of illustration, animation, computer-generated imagery, or comparable fictional media.
- The listing does not violate applicable law, a court order, this policy, or the rights of another person.
- Titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and category labels do not materially misrepresent the content.
- The source is not known to distribute malware, deceptive redirects, stolen material, or prohibited content.
FastHentai may decline to list any work or source even when it does not clearly fall within a prohibited category.
3. Sexualized depictions of minors
FastHentai does not permit content that sexually depicts, sexualizes, or fetishizes:
- A real minor.
- A fictional character who is identified or reasonably presented as a minor.
- A character whose age is deliberately ambiguous while the overall design, context, description, or presentation suggests a minor.
- A character whose stated adult age appears intended only to avoid restrictions while the character is otherwise presented as a child.
This restriction applies regardless of medium, including drawings, manga, animation, computer-generated images, three-dimensional renders, AI-generated images, edits, and other stylized or fictional depictions.
FastHentai may remove content when age cannot be determined with sufficient confidence.
4. Real-person sexual content
FastHentai is intended for fictional hentai and related illustrated or animated media. Real-person pornographic material is outside the normal scope of the catalogue.
The following material is prohibited:
- Non-consensual intimate or sexually explicit material.
- Sexual deepfakes, manipulated sexual images, or generated sexual depictions of identifiable real people without consent.
- Stolen, leaked, secretly recorded, or privately distributed sexual material.
- Material involving trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or real-world abuse.
- Material exposing private identifying or contact information.
5. Other prohibited material
FastHentai does not permit:
- Content prohibited by applicable law or a valid court order.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Malware, malicious downloads, phishing pages, deceptive buttons, forced redirects, or other harmful technical behaviour.
- Fraudulent listings, impersonation, materially false source information, or fabricated licensing claims.
- Attempts to evade content restrictions through misleading titles, tags, thumbnails, spelling, or hidden metadata.
- Spam, automated submissions, or activity intended to overload, scrape, manipulate, or disrupt the site.
6. Copyright and authorized sources
Catalogue material should be based on official, licensed, authorized, or otherwise lawfully usable sources where available.
The appearance of a title, thumbnail, description, link, or embed on FastHentai does not itself establish that FastHentai owns the underlying work or has verified every third-party claim concerning ownership.
Rights holders may request review through the Copyright Policy.
7. Thumbnails and previews
Thumbnails and previews must reasonably represent the associated work and must comply with this policy.
FastHentai may replace, crop, blur, restrict, or remove a preview if it:
- Appears to depict a sexualized minor.
- Contains prohibited real-person material.
- Misrepresents the linked work.
- Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Creates a legal, safety, or security risk.
8. Categories, tags, and descriptions
Category labels are intended to help users navigate the catalogue. They are descriptive and do not constitute an endorsement of the content or a legal determination.
Labels may be based on information provided by publishers, creators, licensors, official catalogues, distributors, or other source materials. They may be corrected, restricted, or removed when inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with this policy.
Reports concerning incorrect titles, categories, tags, character ages, or descriptions may be submitted through the Report Content page.
9. External links and embedded content
FastHentai may link to or embed material provided by third-party websites. Those services control their own pages, media, technical systems, and privacy practices.
A link or embed may be removed or restricted when the external service:
- Hosts or promotes prohibited content.
- Distributes unauthorized copies of protected works.
- Uses malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
- No longer provides the material described in the catalogue.
- Creates an unacceptable legal or safety risk.
FastHentai does not guarantee that every external page will remain available, accurate, secure, or unchanged after it has been listed.
Responsibility for storing, transmitting, and operating an embedded media file ordinarily remains with the third-party service that hosts and delivers that file. FastHentai remains responsible for reviewing reports concerning the links, embeds, descriptions, and catalogue entries that it displays.
10. Reporting content
Reports should identify the exact FastHentai URL and clearly explain the alleged violation.
Do not attach, reproduce, or redistribute potentially illegal material. A URL and written description are normally sufficient for an initial review.

11. Review and enforcement
FastHentai may investigate reports and take action including:
- Correcting titles, categories, tags, or descriptions.
- Replacing or removing thumbnails.
- Removing catalogue entries, links, or embeds.
- Restricting search visibility or access by location.
- Blocking domains, sources, submitters, or automated systems.
- Preserving relevant records where legally required.
- Referring matters to hosting providers or competent authorities where required by law.
FastHentai may act without prior notice when immediate restriction is reasonably necessary to address prohibited content, legal risk, security concerns, or repeated violations.
Removal or restriction does not necessarily mean that FastHentai has made a final legal determination about the reported material.
12. Corrections and appeals
A publisher, creator, rights holder, source provider, or other affected person may request reconsideration of a removal, restriction, or catalogue correction.
The request should identify the affected URL, explain why the decision may be incorrect, and provide relevant supporting information.
FastHentai may maintain, reverse, or modify its original decision after reviewing the available information.
13. Repeated violations
Sources, domains, contributors, or submission methods associated with repeated or serious violations may be permanently blocked.
Attempts to restore removed content through alternate URLs, misleading metadata, duplicate listings, or other evasive methods may result in further restrictions.
14. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the catalogue, submission features, external services, moderation practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
The “Last updated” date will be changed when material revisions are published.
